You understand that all new appointees will undergo Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa's standard background checking. Under the requirements of the Children's Act 2014 there are specific roles at Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa that are identified as children's workers as of 1 July 2015. You understand that new employees that are identified as children's workers are required to undergo further safety checks as part of the recruitment process.
